Do I need travel insurance?

It is highly recommended to get travel insurance as soon as you book. You never know what circumstances may occur and this way you will be covered if you need it.

Do I need a passport?

YES, since this is an international trip, you do need a passport. If you have a passport, please check the expiration date. If you do not already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. The expiration date must be at AT LEAST 6 months AFTER your return date.

Transportation via shuttle to our resort will be provided for all of our guests only. The shuttle is a shared group shuttle, direct to our resort with no stops along the way! If you would like a private transfer please contact Amanda.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Children are welcome at our wedding events! We kindly ask that parents ensure little ones remain quiet during the ceremony out of respect for this important moment in our lives. The resort offers designated kid zones and activities for children of all ages!

Do I book my own airfare?

Yes, you are responsible for booking your own airfare. Once airfare is booked, you will need to share your flight info with TravelSmiths so they can organize the shuttle times!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The ceremony will be on the beach. The reception will be on the Sea Side Sky Terrace.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Beach Formal: Beach formal attire blends traditional formality with relaxed, tropical vibes, calling for lighter-colored suits or linen trousers and a dress shirt for men, and elegant, breathable maxi dresses or dressy jumpsuits for women, ideally in light, airy fabrics like chiffon or lace. For shoes, opt for chunky heels, wedges, or dress shoes instead of stilettos or very casual footwear to navigate sand, and avoid black and white, embracing ocean-inspired colors instead.
